Pesto of Fiorina with pistachios



Pesto can be used to mix with pastas, Fish, meat and vegetables and even a few toasts for breakfast. You will love discovering the taste of the Fioria mixed with the rest of ingredients. Do not miss it!



  • 80g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 120g de Fiorina
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 55g-60g of pistachios with shell
  • 150g of olive oil
  • Salt


We dry well the fiorina if there is a big chunk or with the thickest stem we can split it along.

Peel the pistachios and the cloves of garlic.

Then we grind all the ingredients with the help of a cooking robot or a mincer.

We can also do it with a mortar, but it will take longer.
If we do it with a mortar, we must gradually introduce the oil and chop the ingredients before starting to work with the mortar.
